Here's how the website works, step by step:
STEP 1
Sign up on the eekox platform
Fill in the registration form with your details, and welcome to our community! you are now part of eekox. From this moment you will be able to make immediate reservations or request information about any space and enjoy all the advantages that eekox offers you.
STEP 2
Find the space that fits your specific needs
Use our search engine to find the space that best suits your needs, location, dates, number of users, category... and many more options that allow you to find the space you are looking for. In the search results we show you the spaces, and within each space you have different resources (Desks, meeting rooms of different capacities, etc), don't worry! we only show you those that meet your search criteria ranked by those that best suit you.
STEP 3
Book the services you need and pay for their use
Don't forget to set a date in order to book the space, once you add the date you will be shown the price and you will be able to book and pay, you have already confirmed your reservation! If you are looking for long-term spaces or event rooms, you can make a pre-booking and the space itself will contact you to finalise all the details and formalise the rental directly with them.
STEP 4
Get all the details on how to access your space.
In your control panel you have all the information of your bookings, from eekox we will send you an email with all the details of each booking you do, with the booking reference number that will be used to access the space.
STEP 5
Count on the team on site in case you need to make contact before arriving
At eekox we make it easy for you, contact directly with the space to solve any doubt or request an additional service. For each booking you have made, you will have the option to contact the host, either through our internal chat (under development) or via email.
STEP 6
Enjoy your stay and make the most of your day with everything around you
At eekox we make sure that your stay in our spaces helps you get the best of your day, and that's why we give you all the information about what you can find around you: would you like to have a walk in a beautiful park to disconnect for a while, shopping in your free time, a gym nearby, or a healthy restaurant?.
