Hub & Spoke. The new hybrid model.

The "radial" hub & spoke system is one of the structures that many companies are adopting to implement hybrid work. The HQ, the central headquarters, is maintained as the traditional main office, with "satellites" that can take the form of #coworkings, #flexibleoffices, #homeoffice or other opportunity spaces.

This model also has the advantage of being tremendously scalable, being applicable for companies of any size and any geographic distribution of its workforce. The HQ could well be in a central hub (Madrid, Barcelona), while other work teams can be dispersed throughout the country, using #flexiblespaces instead of long-term leases.
